Our experience with Serendipity was just that: Serendipitous! Though we hadn't sought out a videographer while planning our wedding, a friend referred me to Taryn and Jeff with the highest praise. After checking out their website and sample video, there was no way I was getting married without them there to capture all the details! After meeting Taryn, I knew that we were in good hands...her "Type A" approach to details and capturing our vision, along with Bill's "mad skills" behind the camera proved to be a recipe for success! We are so ubelievably happy with the customer service we received, the accountability put forth by the team, and of course...the finished product! And most importatly, Serendipity's product is far superior to competitors charging twice as much for LESS. You would be making a huge mistake to have anyone else behind the camera on your big day.

Serendipity Videography was one of the best choices we could have made for our wedding day. Taryn and Jeff are a fantastic team--friendly and professional, they are talented and truly cared about our wedding. We could not have been happier with the finished product. The effects used were subtle and not trendy, but had huge impact, making our video look like a professional movie trailer (but better)! They worked with our budget and helped us create the package that was perfect for us.

Most importantly, they captured so many of the happy and funny moments of the evening without ever being noticed by us or our guests, which was impressive given that there were three videographers and only 120 guests. I would highly recommend Serendipity to any bride and groom--we couldn't be happier with our choice.

When we first looked at Serendipity, we knew their quality of video and style was unique. Little did we know that working with them would be as enjoyable. They are very professional and creative in shooting. In addition, we always felt they had a purpose to their shots and saw how they were able to incorporate them into the final video.

We took the extra step and chose to have them create a wedding trailer. What a fantastic idea! It was a joy to see a glimpse of the wedding early and able to send it out to all our friends and family. While we cried looking at it, ALL our friends cried too and were amazed at how accurately the video was able to draw them into all that happened on our special day. We are so thankful to Serendipity for capturing the essence of the day, (our pictures were not able to capture all the beauty, but Serendipity did).

On a special note, John's grandfather was about to pass and we wanted him to see the ceremony before he did. Jeff and Taryn went out of their way to send him footage right after the wedding for him to share in our joy.

Serendipity was one of my favorite vendors to work with during my wedding planning. It's hard enough these days to find a quality videographer, let alone one that truly cared about each and every client's needs. My husband and I met with many videographers and after meeting with Serendipity, we knew they were the ones for us. Not only were they friendly and highly professional, but their videos elicited emotions that no other videographer could do. I, like every bride, was very picky and over analytical, so you can trust me when I say, you can't go wrong with this company. Taryn, the company's co- owner, was absolutely wonderful and was always a pleasure to deal with. She addressed any and all of my concerns and always worked with me to resolve them. As a bride, you realize you are not the only client that the vendor has, but with Serendipity, I can honestly say, there were times when I felt like I was their only bride. Obviously, I knew that was not the case, but that's the kind of attention and caring I received from Serendipity. For example, when I emailed Taryn with a question or concern, I was always pleasantly surprised to see a response that night! Brides, you know how it is, when you have a question, you want an answer, ideally right away. I never waited more than a day to get a response and like I said, many times I had an answer that same day. It's the little things like this that people don't forget. I could go on and on about this company. We couldn't be happier with our video, it was absolutely beautiful!! I would highly recommend Serendipity to any and all couples who are not only looking for a phenomenal wedding video, but also looking for that extra special touch that not every videographer can provide.

From the moment that Serendipity arrived at the Sanctuary they acted with professionalism and ease. It definitely made us feel special to have people with such incredible talent filming our wedding. We had no doubts that our video would be amazing! Matt and I both agree they did a fabulous job capturing our intimate moments and making us feel comfortable in front of the cameras! We were able to be ourselves and hardly even notice they were there. Your creativity made our video unique and personal to us. We couldn't have picked a better team. We can't thank you enough for being a part of our special day and providing us with memories that will last us a lifetime!
