One word to describe Neha and Sumit’s wedding at the InterContinental Montelucia… SPECTACULAR!!! It was bursting with color, style and flair. There were so many beautiful details about this intricate affair. Oh where to begin…. Let’s start with the beautiful couple Neha and Sumit. They were star struck when they saw each other for the first time that day. Their eyes locked on each other and it was like they fell in love all over again. They looked incredible. Their attire was incredibly intricate with red and gold sequins and patterns. The groom made the traditional entrance on a white horse and every detail after that was just pure eye candy. From the stunning reception decor to the bride and grooms well rehearsed first dance to their outfit changes. My absolute favorite detail though…. their cake!!!! Check out this cake. I have seriously never seen anything like it before. It literally looks like pillows. It was created by the one and only Julia Baker Confections.
This couple planned their wedding from across the country. They are both physicians in Baltimore Maryland and super busy so they commissioned the help of Victoria Canada Weddings and Events to pull off this fabulous wedding. They came in town over a long weekend and pretty much planned an entire wedding, an Indian wedding no less which is chocked full of details, rituals and traditions and is far more intense than any other genre of wedding. Once you have been a part of an Indian wedding you know what a feat that is. Victoria the essence of their vision and brought it to life on their wedding day.
