We had the pleasure of shooting Elizabeth and Rene’s wedding on November 1st at DC Ranch Country Club. We have had the opportunity to shoot many weddings at DC Ranch this Fall and we just love it there!!!! The scenery, the reception courtyard, the stairwell that is the perfect spot for the “First Look”… It all is just so fabulous!! This wedding was an Outstanding Occasions production so it was nothing short of spectacular! What I loved most about this wedding was Elizabeth and Rene’s story. She is a southern gal from Louisiana and Rene is from Austria. These 2 really never should have met. They are from two totally different worlds but those worlds collided via the internet!!! They met online!! We have shot a number of couples that have met online and I am always so fascinated how with all of the vastness of the endless universe of the internet how it brings 2 people together from 2 different parts of the world and they are a perfect match!!! What is even more interesting is that they both lived in Tempe when they met online. So weird and so meant to be!!!! She with her southern accent, Rene with his accent from Austria they are just so stinkin’ cute and so in love I just wanted to squeeze them. The other thing that I loved about their wedding was their color scheme. I have commented on this before but every wedding we have ever done with Outstanding Occasions always has the most unusual color schemes. They are always so vibrant and unlike anything I have ever seen! This wedding was no exception, the colors were gray, burnt orange and ivory. Love it!!! BQ Photography was there to capture every one of the magnificent details and capture some fantastic sunset photos!! EastonAshe was in the house to entertain the guests and keep the dance floor jumpin all night. They were awesome! The florals were done by the amazing Petal Pushers. Here is a taste of what is to come with their wedding film!!
