Ari and Vic got married at The Scottsdale Conference Resort last weekend. They both work for Teach For America so I just have a special place in my heart for teachers… Anyone who can be locked in a room all day with 30 wild children has my deepest appreciation and respect. Anyway they did the smartest thing they could do when planning a wedding…. hire a planner… They hired Rhonda Rush of Impact Events and they were on their merry way to planning a spectacular event. They had Sergio Photographer shooting their photos so you just know that the photos will be drenched in “cool”. They had Flora Bella creating their florals which were divine and Mancini Entertainment rockin’ the partaayyy all night long. This was a lively bunch and their reception was a blast. I have to say that my favorite detail of their entire wedding was the custom made bobble heads of Ari and Vic. Here is their Wedding Movie Trailer. Stay tuned for the completed wedding film in a few months…..

Natalie and Mike got married on Valentines Day at The Arizona Biltmore. They had a stunning and truly elegant affair. When you walked into the Grand Ballroom the beauty of the decor took your breath away. What I loved about their wedding was that while their wedding was on Valentines Day it wasn’t a Valentine’s Day theme. It was romantic in every sense of the word but there wasn’t one bit of red or even one heart anywhere in their decor. Instead their wedding was full of personal touches from the groom serenading the bride to the tiger striped cake from their Alma Mater Princeton to their favors that were “prescription” cookie tins because they are both physicians. It was all so meaningful and romantic!! We wish Natalie and Mike many years of love and laughter!! Enjoy their Valentine’s Day Wedding Movie Trailer.

Thank you to these Vendors for making their vision come to life.

Lacey and Scott got married at the Brophy Chapel January 16th and had their reception at the hip and chic Firesky Resort and Spa in Scottsdale. I loved Lacey’s colors for her wedding. She did red, black, white and damask. So many brides are afraid of red because of its boldness but I think it is fantastic. There were some super cute details that I loved about their wedding. The flips flops for the bridesmaids to wear to party the night away at the reception were so cute. Then be sure to check out her cake. Staying true to her theme it is red, black, white and damask. It’s beautiful! My favorite detail was Lacey’s red heels. More and more you are seeing brides wearing colored shoes and I love this trend. It really helps them express their personality and bring in yet another element to their color scheme. Congratulations to the newlyweds!!

Thank you to these vendors for making Lacey and Scott’s Wedding Day so perfect:

Ajay and Roshen had a spectacular 2 day wedding in January. Roshen is Hindu and Ajay is Catholic and they wanted to celebrate their wedding with both religions in mind so they did the Catholic Ceremony at St. Mary’s Basilica and had their reception at the Foothills Golf Club. Towards the end of the evening on Day 1 the Hindu festivities began with the Sangeet and Henna and the next morning their Hindu wedding celebration began at Villa Siena. This wedding was truly incredible. It took the help of quite a few Wedding Planners and Venue Coordinators including, Events Your Way with the help of Fifth Ave Events from New York who specializes in Indian Weddings. Then there was the Venue Coordinator for the Foothills Golf Club who was also hired separately to handle the “Catholic Day” and then of course the team of Coordinators from Villa Siena to pull this off. It seemed like a million different vendors working together to create this wedding masterpiece. All of this was being planned long distance while Ajay was in the Bay Area working and Roshen is finishing law school. If they can pull this off then they can do anything! When all was said and done we shot video for 23 hours and BQ Photography shot over 5000 photos so the memories from their wedding will be abundant. Stay tuned for their completed wedding film but in the meantime enjoy their Wedding Movie Trailer.

Holly and Reid got married in Rocky Point over the New Years holiday. They had a golf course ceremony overlooking the ocean at the beautiful Mayan Palace Resort in Rocky Point Mexico. I love destination weddings. They tend to be so intimate because it is your closest family and friends that join you to celebrate. A few things I loved about this wedding…. Holly’s shoes… She wore flip flops dressed with jewels, perfect for a beach wedding. I also loved the guy’s suits. They just looked so sharp and crisp with the black suits, black shirts and creme ties. Holly and Reid are such a gorgeous couple they just looked so happy together. We had the pleasure of working with Jason Hick’s Photography whose wedding we are shooting this year, how fun is that!!! It was a beautiful wedding and a fabulous experience. Thank you Holly and Reid for taking us along for the ride to Mexico and allowing us to document the first day of forever for you two!!
