Happy Friday!! Have I got an adorable love story to share with you today on this lovely Fall day. It is the story of Stephanie and Matt. It started when they were 12 years old. No high school sweethearts here, these two are JUNIOR HIGH sweethearts!! They had known each other for years and family gathering after family gathering at some point they just couldn’t deny that the universe kept bringing them together and that they needed to take the hint. So they took their friendship to the next level and have been together ever since. If you think about it Stephanie and Matt really have the perfect in-law scenario. Their families love each other and they have a history together and everyone was known everyone for almost a lifetime. So no awkward “Meet The Parents” situations here. Wait until you see Stephanie’s dad’s almost tearful speech welcoming Matt into the family officially. Their wedding and reception was literally a family reunion and was so warm, welcoming and inviting. Everyone knew everyone and they all celebrated this union that was so many years in the making. Stephanie and Matt are like peanut butter and jelly. They just go together and when they are together they are magnificent with one another. Enjoy Stephanie and Matt’s wedding film.

Action and adventure are Lisa and Phil’s thing. They own AZ Shooters World for Pete’s sake so we knew we had to take things up a notch when editing their Wedding Movie Trailer. The editing is fast, fun and full of personality just like this couple. When I sat down with them they were telling me about their profession and I was absolutely fascinated. I have never even held a gun before so I was intrigued that they do that all day long. I feel like in working with hundreds of couples I have met one of everything and when I met Lisa and Phil it was the first gun shop/range owner I had ever met. So while their day to day life is exciting they wanted their wedding day to be formal, elegant yet comfortable and inviting. I think they accomplished just that at the Fairmont Scottsdale Princess. Take a peek at their Wedding Movie Trailer and see if you like the boom, boom pow that we edited with. Congratulations to Lisa and Phil!

Have I got a treat for you this beautiful Saturday morning… It is the wedding of Heidi and Ryan at Silverleaf Country Club. Chocked full of fabulous details and overall elegance this wedding is one for the books. From the spectacular florals to the place cards to Heidi in her stunning bridal gown you are sure to be wowed by this affair. Heidi and Ryan’s wedding was so much more though than the exquisite details that adorned it. It was the union of two people that just knew they were meant to be when they met. Shortly after Heidi met Ryan she said to one of her friends “I am going to marry Ryan one day” even after a dreadful first kiss that they still joke about to this day. Fast forward a few years and that is exactly what she did. When I met with them and asked them to describe what they want their wedding to be Ryan said “I just want it to be a HUGE party with all of our family and friends. A giant celebration” And a celebration it was. I don’t think there was a single part of the night where the dance floor was not packed! Before I give to much away grab a glass of wine, a comfy seat and watch the story of Heidi and Ryan. Congratulations you two. Your life together will be nothing short of spectacular.

Amanda and Joshua got married at Villa Siena. They chose the outdoor courtyard for their nuptials which has incredible ambience. I love Villa Siena. It is a Photographer and Videographers dream. Lots of nooks and crannies for photos, long hallways and fountains. Amanda and Joshua were all smiles as their day unfolded around them. Trying to take in each and every moment of this day they danced and celebrated and were sent off into wedded bliss by a sparkler exit. As they ran through the crowd laughing and smiling they hopped in a vehicle and sped off into the night celebrating what they know to this date to be their most special day. Congratulations Amanda and Joshua! Enjoy a sneak peek of their wedding day.

The Serendipity Videography website and blog got a make-over. In honor and celebration of this new look I am sharing with you an absolutely FABULOUS wedding film…. This wedding film is indicative of the new look of Serendipity and Morgan and Dash are the perfect wedding to introduce that new style. Meet Morgan and Dash and allow me to tell you their love story…

Morgan and Dash’s meeting could be a scene from a movie. Literally… Allow me to paint the picture… Morgan and Dash met at hockey. Dash plays on a male hockey league team and Morgan plays in that same male hockey league, she is the only girl in the league. Morgan’s plays the position of goalie and one day Dash took a crazy slap shot and it nailed Morgan in the shoulder. Dash yelled “I got him!”. Here’s the movie part….. and right then Morgan took her helmet off and her blond hair cascaded down her shoulders the clouds parted and the light shone down and a fog encompassed Morgan. Dash was speechless and it was love at first site. I was kidding of course about the light and the fog but you can totally see that happening in a movie right? Morgan and Dash immediately connected but Morgan didn’t want to ruin their friendship by taking it to the next level. So one day Dash came clean with Morgan and told her that he liked her too much to just be her friend and that they couldn’t hang out anymore if he was always going to be in “the friends zone”. Morgan reluctantly agreed and the hiatus lasted all of 2 days because she realized taking it to the next level was worth the risk because she didn’t want to be apart from Dash. Such a great story right???

Now onto the wedding details… Morgan and Dash had a SPECTACULAR wedding. You are going to OOOOHHHH and AAAHHHHHH over this one. The details, the decor, the bold color scheme. It is all together just magnificent. We had an absolute blast editing this wedding film. The reception was an INSANE party. There were 472 people at this wedding and the entire night it seemed like each and every one of those guests were on the dance floor partying the night away. Good times had by all for sure! Congratulations to Morgan and Dash. Thank you for allowing Serendipity Videography to be a part of this blessed event.

This FABULOUS wedding would not have come together if it wasn’t for the hard work and creativity of so many excellent wedding pro’s…
