Jennifer and Jeff got married at the Brophy Chapel on May 9th. I love the Brophy Chapel. It’s got great architecture, beautiful wood pews and fabulous chandalier’s. When a bride walks down the aisle at Brophy her entrance makes a statement as she makes her way down the long aisle to meet her groom. Now Jennifer and Jeff were just super cute. They were smiling from ear to ear and just couldn’t wait to marry one another. They were downright giddy and just ready to make the commitment. They then had their reception at the beautiful Westin Kierland Resort and Spa. They had some super cute details like the Jones Soda bottles with their photos on them. Their table numbers were also childhood photos of both Jennifer and Jeff. We were luck enough to get to work with some of our favorite vendors including Jennifer Bowen Photography who is phenomenal at just being in the moment when she shoots. She captured amazing images of Jennifer and Jeff throughout the day. Ray The DJ was in the house getting the dance floor jumpin’. Jennifer and Jeff were so much fun to work with! We hope that they remain forever giddy over one another!!
I will never forget our bride Jaquelyn…. She gave us the greatest compliment that we have ever received. When she emailed us originally inquiring about our Videography services we were booked on her date. She was bummed and said to me “If I can’t have Serendipity Videography I don’t want anyone.” What a compliment! A few days later her date came available and I contacted her and she was ecstatic! What I loved about their wedding is that Jaquelyn & Michael went back to their roots to get married. They were both raised in Globe Arizona and now live in Mesa. They wanted to go back to their hometown of Globe joined by family and friends to say their vows. If you have never been to Globe it is a mining town about an hour and a half east of Mesa. It is a beautiful drive to get there. Once you hit the town of Globe on the left side is this gorgeous Catholic Church. That is where Jaquelyn and Michael got married. They then headed to the Apache Gold Casino up the road for a night of food, fun and a little gambling. They had a wild party that went into the night! This was a super fun couple with a great bridal party. The groomsmen were awesome!!
Some of the vendors who were apart of the festivities were:
Kelly Jarman Photography
Just Weddings as the DJ
We hope that their wedding film meets their expectations given what she told us when we were originally booked for her date!! Congratulations to Jaquelyn and Michael!! We wish you a lifetime of happiness!!

The best part of our job besides being a part of someone’s happiest day, their wedding day is seeing each brides dream wedding. Every bride has different ideas, color schemes, florals and details but it is so much fun to see a couples desires for their wedding day come to life. Every couple is so different and unique. Yael and Andrew wedding was no exception. On May 2nd, 2009, Yael and Andrew brought the “royal” to the Royal Palms Resort. From the glistening jewels on Yael’s dress, to the sparkling reflection pool and patio reception, this wedding surely shined and was far from ordinary. Planned by the bride Yael and executed by the fabulous Victoria Canada Wedding and Events Yael and Andrew’s wedding fit them perfectly. Their beautiful wedding ceremony was held in the center of the Royal Palms garden courtyard, surrounded by the lush foliage of the Royal Palms, elegant rose petals, and most importantly the bride and grooms family and loved ones. When the romantic ceremony ended, guests headed to the Cocktail Hour and enjoyed tasty food stations with chefs preparing their choice of tender meats, pasta, or even potato pancakes. Refreshing margaritas and light sangria were passed around, but the real fun started as soon as the reception began. The ballroom was decked out with lounge furniture and small tables to create the atmosphere of more of a cocktail party where people could mix, mingle and dance the night away. Fun was had by all as the guests as they danced the night away with entertainment provided by Blackberry Jam. Keith Pitts Photography who is awesome to work with was there to capture all of the moments of Yael and Andrew’s day. The fabulous florals were created by The Flower Studio. It was a beautiful night and the start of a beautiful life together. Congratulations to Yael and Andrew!
A few months back the Serendipity Videography team did a photo shoot with the fabulous Sergio Photographer. I posted the photos along with an in depth description of our experience on our blog and everywhere else known to man because I just thought they were so fun and I was so impressed with his work. During that shoot we in turn shot video of Sergio and his assistant Kelly shooting and put together a short highlight film showing how this creative genius works. Thank you again Sergio Photographer!! Enjoy!
Brandon and Catie got married at the gorgeous Villa Siena in May. They had a beautiful wedding in the Courtyard of Villa Siena. There were so many things that I loved about this couple and their wedding. First of all they honeymooned in South Africa. They are adventurers. They love travel and do it often to exotic and fabulous places. Second I loved Brandon’s proposal. He proposed on the beach in Hawaii. Even more romantic was that he woke her up at 5am on the day of the trip and told her to pack her bags and that they were going to Hawaii. The trip was a surprise. He had arranged it with her boss and everything! Third I loved Catie’s dress. It was unlike any I had seen this last spring season. I am not sure how to even describe it. It was just so pretty. She also had her veil not in her hair but attached to the back of her dress which created such drama and surprise. She also wore a gorgeous flower hair piece in her hair. She was just breathtaking. Finally I loved the colors of her wedding. The main accent color was a steel blue, again it was unlike anything I had seen this spring. She carried the blue throughout her event from the bridesmaid dresses, to the groomsmen’s ties, to her fabulous cake.
We had the pleasure of working with some amazing vendors at Brandon and Catie’s wedding. They were:
Mancini Entertainment was the DJ
Blume provided the beautiful florals
One Fine Day Photography captured amazing photos of Brandon and Catie. They are a Preferred Vendor at Villa Siena and so awesome to work with! They know all of the great spots to take photos at Villa Siena and how to use the architecture and stone work to create dramatic images. Love them!!
We wish Brandon and Catie a long and happy marriage. Enjoy their wedding film and feel free to leave us a comment!
